We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us on 0915 428 6233, 0703 195 0181 or send a mail to kingsdoors67@gmail.com. Returned items should be sent to the following address: Eros House, Adjacent Mayfair Garden Estate, Beside AP Filling Station, Eputu, Lagos.

You may also return eligible products through any of our Experience Center nearest to you.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Nigeria, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup. If you receive a defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom-made doors, special-order products, installed items, used products, or items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on clearance, promotional, discounted, or final-sale items, gift cards, or products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse after delivery.

Exchanges

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
